Rules
Each week will run Thursday through Wednesday. Rosters must be posted before kickoffs every Thursday evening.* You must post position, players name and school. If your roster is posted late or is not posted at all your previous week's roster will be in effect.
*For Week 1 a roster must be submitted from each owner by Sunday August 24, 2003. You can change your starters that week up until Thursday evening's kickoff but I want to make sure everyone is active. If a roster is not submitted by the end of the 24th, I will assume you have changed your mind about being in the league and I will look for an owner to replace you.
Only offensive statistics will count for fantasy points. Special teams returns and interception and fumble returns will not count. In other words if one of your starters plays on defense(ex. Gamble of Ohio State) and returns an interception or if one of your starters returns a kickoff or punt it will not count for fantasy points. See scoring below.
You may use a tight end as a receiver.
TIEBREAKERS
In this league a game that ends in a tie will count as a tie.
